One of the iconic locations from Netflix’s hit show Stranger Things is now hitting the real estate market. One lucky fan could have the opportunity to buy the Byers house, belonging to Will (Noah Schnapp), Joyce (Winona Ryder), and Jonathan (Charlie Heaton) in the show. In the fictional world of the show, the Byers’ house is located in Hawkins, Indiana. In real life, you can find the house in Fayetteville, Georgia.

On Stranger Things, the Byers family home was a destination until the very end of season 3, when they decided to move to California. It was the site of several key moments that occurred during the first season. For instance, there’s Will’s abduction, which kicked off the show’s entire plot. Joyce learning to communicate with Will using Christmas lights. And the big fight between the Demogorgon (Mark Streger) against Jonathan, Nancy Wheeler (Natalie Dyer), and Steve Harrington (Joe Keery).

Resting on 6 acres and possessing 1,846 square feet of property, the home went on the market on Monday, September 19th. It is described as being perfect for an Airbnb, short-term rental, or personal rental for someone willing to take it on. The listing also says that you could get a “HUGE” return on investment (ROI) with the right owner.

According to the listing, ever since the show aired, fans have traveled far and wide almost daily to drive by and get a picture of the location. The previous owners eventually had to put up a driveway barricade and “Private Property” sign in order to keep people from trespassing.
