The release of Tales of the Jedi is imminent, as the series is set to debut on Disney+ on Oct. 26. The series of shorts starring some fan-favorite characters has left fans with excitement, as the show will be a drastic change from some recent Star Wars projects released on the streaming service.

Ahsoka Tano, the apprentice to Anakin Skywalker, is the star of the latest teaser from the official Star Wars Twitter account. Of course, Rosario Dawson took over the live-action counterpart of the character in recent years, appearing in The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, and her upcoming solo series Ahsoka. We also get glimpses of a younger Count Dooku, and Mace Windu. The teaser can be found below.

Tales of the Jedi Adds Bryce Dallas Howard to the Franchise

Disney

Bryce Dallas Howard is a big fan of Star Wars, with the actress-turned-director helming two episodes of The Mandalorian and one episode of The Book of Boba Fett. Now, Howard will voice a character in the ever-expanding franchise as she plays Yaddle in Tales of the Jedi. The actress announced the news following the latest teaser trailer reveal, with the first look at her character. Howard’s announcement is featured below.

Howard won’t be the only prominent actor to join the animated series, as Liam Neeson is set to reprise his role as Qui-Gon Jinn. The 70-year-old actor first appeared as the Jedi Master in The Phantom Menace in 1999 before meeting an untimely demise at the hands of Darth Maul. Fans were treated to a cameo appearance in Obi-Wan Kenobi as a force ghost, which may be the character’s last live-action interpretation. Fans can see Howard, Neeson, and many more when Tales of the Jedi arrives on Disney+ on Oct. 26.
