Britney Spears is showing off her take on pearls, which unsurprisingly includes the addition of a striking bikini. While her skin-baring ensemble includes little more than a red triangle top and layered necklaces, the look is considerably covered-up for the 40-year-old singer, who has been known to post a social media-censored topless picture from time to time.
The red bikini is a great addition to her colorful lineup, which includes a hot pink Barbiecore design and a neon green set. Spears wore the halter silhouette with minimal makeup — including a slightly smoky eye and light pink lip — as well as tousled bed head hair. Spears’s inclination to accessorize with pearls is also noteworthy, given their recent popularity. The 2022 version of pearls are cool, fresh, and youthful, shown on the runways of Erdem, Givenchy, Oscar de la Renta, and more. Whether they’re oversize, layered, mixed with chunky gold, architectural pieces, or include eye-catching faceted stones, they are obviously even poolside-approved, according to Spears.
After deleting her Instagram days ago, Spears has seemingly made a return to the platform. The star’s summer also included a yellow polka-dot thongkini, a turquoise snakeskin look worn underneath a ditsy floral dress, and yet another red two-piece that she sported to show off her dance moves in her studio on Aug. 21, finished with a pair of black sky-high stiletto platforms.
