Spring/Summer 2023 Fashion Ad Campaigns

The spring/summer season is here, and that means along with fashion trends, popular colors, sunglasses styles — and a whole new wishlist to shop — there’s an entirely new set of fashion ad campaigns. Each year, designers offer up an inspiring crop of campaigns that mark the new season’s aesthetic, from the endurance of ’90s nostalgia to the emergence of mermaidcore.

This season, one of the first campaigns to catch our eye was Jennifer Lopez‘s newly-released shoot for Coach. Introducing the brand’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection, Lopez poses in micro leather shorts, a black bralette top, and a chunky fisherman cardigan. On her feet are white leather heeled mules, making for a look that works effortlessly not only for warm and cool weather, but also for morning, noon, and night. With a natural face of makeup and a blowout, Lopez’s look is an elegant take on ’90s grunge, with a bit of early-aughts flair.

But she’s not the only embracing warmer seasons with open arms. Kendall Jenner also stars in the Fendi by Marc Jacobs this season, presenting the summer 2023 capsule collection. Kicking off with Fendi’s 25th anniversary baguette celebration back in September 2022, the collection is inspired by the timeless handbag as well as New York City itself, materializing in exaggerated silhouettes, logo-heavy prints, and a black-and-white color palette with a pop of neon. Photographed by Mario Sorrenti, Jenner models one of the more celebrated, if polarizing, ’90s trends with a logo-covered, baggy denim jacket-and-pants set, replete with a matching baguette bag.

Ahead, find all the latest fashion campaigns, from Jennie for Calvin Klein to Kendall Jenner for Fendi by Marc Jacobs — and get plenty of inspiration for the warm-weather months ahead.
