The Bear Season 2 Has a Perfect 100% On Rotten Tomatoes

Hulu

First airing this time last year, The Bear introduces audiences to Jeremy Allen White as Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto, an award-winning New York City chef de cuisine, who leaves the fine dining world behind and returns to Chicago to run his family’s sandwich shop, the Original Beef of Chicagoland. The brilliant young chef is sadly forced to make the trip home to take care of the family business after a heartbreaking death in his family, with the series all about food, family, and the steep slippery downsides that come with both.

Debuting earlier this week on Hulu, The Bear season two once again centers on the ups and the downs as Carmy continues to fight to transform both the restaurant that was left to him by his dearly departed brother and himself, with the master chef, his protégé Sydney Adamu (Ayo Edebiri) Richard “Richie” Jerimovich (Ebon Moss-Bachrach), and the rest of the rest of the family working hard to change their simple sandwich shop into a top-tier eatery.

Just like its predecessor, The Bear has served up another perfect course, with the second season now sitting with a ‘certified fresh’ rating of 100% on the review aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes. “As Carmy and Co. venture outside of their dysfunctional Beef family bubble, ‘The Bear’ serves up 10 new episodes that are reliably intense and watchable, but even more tender,” says Entertainment Weekly’s Kristen Baldwin, with THR’s Angie Han adding, “A second helping even tastier than the first.”

Starring Jeremy Allen White, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Ayo Edebiri, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Abby Elliott, Edwin Lee Gibson, Matty Matheson, and Oliver Platt, with Bob Odenkirk (Better Call Saul), Molly Gordon (Life of the Party), and Will Poulter (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3) also set to join the fray, The Bear season two is now available to stream on Hulu.
