Billie Eilish is ringing in the new year with a selfie-style photo shoot that she shared on Instagram Tuesday night. With a twin size bed covered with a tartan blanket as her backdrop, Eilish showed off a ’90s-inspired look: a black slip dress with a visible bra underneath, Gucci logo-mania sheer tights, and chunky platform heels. The 21-year-old musician accessorized with a slew of layered silver chains around her neck. Titling the carousel, “you’re looking right at me,” her all-black monochrome moment complemented her dark bob and blunt bangs. Earlier on in the day, she showed off a heaping collection of grandma-chic Gucci clothes that included the very same hosiery.
Eilish has been leaning heavily into the ’90s when it comes to her fashion sense as of late, sporting a plaid maxi skirt and newsboy cap; sheer layered minidress; graphic tees with cargo pants; and more. The star has long been a champion of Gucci, not only wearing the brand for multiple public appearances, but also serving as the face of the eyewear campaign. In November, she and beau Jesse Rutherford became red carpet official in matching Gucci logo boudoir ensembles at the LACMA Art+Film Gala. She also rocked a Victorian-style gown from Gucci at the Met Gala in May, and worked with the design house for the 2021 Grammys, selecting printed co-ords for the occasion.
