Billie Eilish brought goth glamour to Dolby Theatre for the 2022 Oscars. The “Happier Than Ever” singer attended the award show in a strapless black Gucci gown featuring rows upon rows of cascading ruffles and a train that trailed behind her. While making her way down the red carpet, she briefly showed off what was hiding under her voluminous dress: knee-high stacked platform boots and fishnet tights. Made of vegan patent leather, her boots hail from alternative footwear brand Demonia and have been previously worn by fellow icon Lady Gaga.
Eilish chose some pretty special accessories for her big night. According to E!’s red carpet reporters, her star-shaped diamond earrings were converted from a 19th-century tiara. She also wore a collection of diamond rings, including two that looked just like her earrings, and a marquise-shaped stone.
The 20-year-old star, who won her first Oscar for her song “No Time to Die,” walked the red carpet with her brother, Finneas, and mom, Maggie Baird. She and Finneas also took the stage together for a performance during the ceremony, prompting her to change into matching black seperates.
