While attending an event honoring the launch of Jean Paul Gaultier on Fwrd in Los Angeles on Nov. 17, Doja Cat wore a matching sheer set from the designer’s Cyber Collection. The ensemble consisted of The Blue Dots Print Crop Top and The Blue Dots Print Pants in hypnotic shades of blue, purple, and yellow, mimicking the body’s thermal signature.
Just one day earlier, on Nov. 16. Lipa posed in the exact same outfit, layered over a The Blue Dots Print Bikini Top, on a beach in Australia — an unexpected and likely unplanned twinning moment that proves the design is a global sensation in the celebrity fashion sphere. While Doja Cat styled her look with gold earrings, rings, and a brown leather coat with faux-fur trim, Lipa kept the look casual, opting for only a pair of black sunglasses to complete the ensemble.
The duo weren’t alone in representing their appreciation for the designer. Jenner also joined Doja Cat at the Je Suis JPG event in an off-the-shoulder maxi dress in a sheer fabric with a black, orange, gold, and green circular print. Jenner styled the look with green statement earrings. Chlöe also attended the 2022 GQ Men of the Year Party on Nov. 17 in an orange castuit with blue accents and fingerless gloves. She completed her look with chunky gold hoop earrings and peep-toe platform sandals in brown with an invisible strap.
Megan Fox, Iris Apatow, and Karrueche Tran were also among celebrity guests at the special event, rocking equally edgy prints worthy of keeping on our style radar. Style influencer Jordan Grant and actor Kat Graham also twinned with Jenner in the same maxi dress, while illustrator and model Monica Ahanonu wore the same dress unzipped as a skirt, as well as the same colorful top as Lipa and Doja Cat.
