Ginny Is Taking Back Control
Netflix
Ginny (Antonia Gentry) has grown tremendously from when the family of three first arrived in Wellsbury to where Season 2 left her off. She has taken punches like her mother, kept secrets, and was caught up in a world of trouble, but Ginny has also grown significantly and rediscovered her powerful side. She has opened up to her father, Zion, and created a strong father-daughter bond. Her father not only supported her in overcoming her issues at school, but he also tremendously helped Ginny find help to stop her self-harm.
At the same time, Ginny, Max, Abby, and Nora overcome a hiccup in their friendship and end up reconciling after facing severe challenges. Each of their girls is facing issues, ranging from love troubles to family problems, which will likely be uncovered more in Season 3.

Netflix’s ‘Ginny & Georgia’ Is Going Serious(ish) Mode for Season 3
Will Georgia get out of prison? And more importantly, what about the love triangles!? We need the next season of the Netflix hit expeditiously.
Ginny & Georgia has also added more tension by introducing the private investigator, Gabriel Cordova/Jesse, who continues trying to take down Georgia for her previous crimes. He tried to get Ginny on his side, but she eventually told him to stay away and decided to protect her mother. Even though she has been struggling a lot with her mental health, she learns to trust in her strengths and feels more empowered than ever.
The teen even goes as far as telling her mom off about wanting to leave Wellsbury and her fiancé behind, preventing Georgia from falling back into old habits of leaving when things get hard. Ginny is the one who pushed Georgia to be honest with Paul and let him in. She wants to stay in Wellsbury, where she found her MANG friends group with Max, Abby, and Nora, and where she might rediscover love with Marcus.
The previous mental health struggles of both these Ginny & Georgia characters led them to break up, but there is no doubt that the two are still in love with each other. Their issues kept them apart as lovers, but they still care and are there for each other. Their future is uncertain, but their platonic relationship will certainly be explored more in the new season of Ginny & Georgia.
Georgia Is in a Lot of Trouble
Netflix
Georgia, who is easily Brianne Howey’s best performance, has left husbands, homes, and family members behind, but something that always follows her is trouble. It’s crazy how she is somehow always caught up in some sort of dangerous or insane situation, which either leads to fleeing a city, broken hearts, or the occasional death.
Georgia, Ginny, and Austin settled down in Wellsbury, and it seemed like it was all going well for a minute there (apart from many ups and downs, of course). Georgia made up with her children after losing their trust for some time, and she had three men pining for her. Even though she is now married to one of them, Mayor Paul Randolph, the connection between her and Zion (and also her and Joe) is undeniable. Only Georgia Miller could be in the middle of a massive love triangle (square?), where each contestant is equally admirable. Sure, Georgia has a ring on her finger, but there is no doubt that her love chaos is far from over.
While the mother-daughter duo is trying to move on from Georgia poisoning her late husband to protect Ginny, Gabriel/Jesse is utterly dedicated to putting Georgia in prison. He eventually manages to have her arrested for the death of Tom Fuller, the husband of Georgia’s archenemy, Cynthia, in the best episode of Ginny & Georgia Season 2. In classic Georgia fashion, she thought she would do Cynthia and Tom a solid if she released him from his suffering, since he was terminally sick. The main issue, apart from the fact that murder is illegal and a horrific crime, is that Austin secretly witnessed the whole thing.
