Megan Thee Stallion is entering her catsuit era. The one-piece garment appears to be the dressing solution for events promoting her second album, “Traumazine.” Fresh off the release of her new music video, in which she rocks snakeskin and cutout catsuits, the rapper embraced the silhouette yet again while in Tokyo.
Sharing her latest outfit on Instagram, she posed in a short-sleeved catsuit with standout details. Drenched in shades of blue and purple with leaf-like motifs sweeping the bodice, the one-piece featured cutouts along the chest, midsection, thighs, and legs that added texture to the look. Megan matched her eyeshadow to the catsuit and finished with silver hoops, coordinating bracelets, and ivory, square-toe sandals with a structural heel. Her blue manicure, which featured Japanese figure drawings, was also on theme. She referenced them as “light up nails” in the caption of her carousel, which included snapshots of her enjoying multiple prop rooms at a museum. “First of all I’m in Japan living my best life,” she wrote.
The “Hot Girl Summer” singer is expected to give a performance at the Summer Sonic Festival this weekend, and her recent looks suggest she may bring out another catsuit for the occasion. Just a week earlier, she stepped out in a sheer lace catsuit for a visit to the SiriusXM Studios in New York. However, she also recently sported a Barbiecore-inspired, one-shoulder camo minidress and a printed crop top and shorts set by Jean Paul Gaultier.
