Millie Bobby Brown is a radiant bride-to-be. On June 1, the “Stranger Things” star and fiancé Jake Bongiovi toasted to their recent engagement with what looked to be a sweet celebration with family and friends. In photos shared by her glam team, including her hairstylist Pete Burkill and makeup artist Buster Knight, the couple posed next to a heart balloon arch spotlighting a “Mr & Mrs Bongiovi” sign. Brown wore a beautiful lace set from Giambattista Valli for the special occasion.
From the Italian fashion designer’s spring 2023 collection, her ensemble consisted of a cropped bra top and matching skirt with a hem that falls right above her knees. Gold buttons embellished the slit skirt, and both of the gorgeous pieces were lined with intricate gold and white detailing throughout. With help from her stylist Michelle Kelly, Brown finished the bridal look with simple gold hoops and effortless glam. Bongiovi, on the other hand, opted for a sleek green suit with a crisp white shirt underneath.
Brown also wore romantic lace for her engagement in April, in which Bongiovi proposed to his now-fianceé with a large round-cut diamond ring surrounded by a halo. In a series of blissful beachside photos, she donned a playful white dress embroidered with florals of varying shapes and sizes and finished with ruffles on the sleeves. Perhaps Brown will choose lace again for her upcoming nuptials, though the couple has yet to share details of their big day.
