Skai Jackson celebrated her birthday wearing two jaw-dropping dresses. The actress, who just turned 19, decided to wear not one, but two looks to enjoy her big day. First, she posed in a sheer halterneck dress that came in a chainlink material. She styled the look with a black bandeau top and high-waisted underwear.
