The finale of Foundation Season 3 is right around the corner, but fans are wondering if the last episode will mark the end of the Apple TV+ sci-fi series, as there has been no official word yet on whether the show will be returning for a fourth season. The cast of the critically acclaimed galactic saga seemingly have no clue what the future holds either, as Lou Llobell and Tomas Lemarquis, who play Gaal Dornick and Magnifico Giganticus respectively, provided an update ahead of the third season’s conclusion – and it’s not what fans want to hear.
All three seasons of Foundation have achieved critical acclaim, high viewership engagement, and stellar streaming performances, but as the third season finale looms, speculation is mounting over whether the esteemed Apple TV+ series will be granted a fourth season renewal, adapting more of Isaac Asimov’s sprawling literary space saga, or if it will be axed, joining a growing list of TV shows that have been canceled in 2025. It seems that the show’s fate has yet to be decided, as even the cast don’t know what’s happening.
