David Adefeso is teaching his fans how to take control of their own destiny. Check out the post that he shared on his social media account.
‘While we may not have caused it, it is incumbent on us to take the initiative to break the generational cycle of poverty that has plagued us for 400 years. Because if we don’t do it for each other, who will? #finance #wealthmindset #wealthbuilding #generationalwealth,’ he captioned his post.
Someone said: ‘Agreed. We need to use the knowledge and power we have to help each other because the chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link. So we should work hard to strengthen our links.’
One other follower said: ‘All these Black leaders that have lived, marched and died and Black ppl even STILL accept project housing? Great message but unfortunately like U said.. it’s a mindset that obviously is Trapped with HOPE that comes from the manipulation of examples of all these Celebrities and Athletes praising the Hoods they came from, being the inspiration of low-income children and their parents. While the youth are driven to the Music, Drugs, Gangs, Prison, or the Athletic arena. We need to STOP accepting any of these states’ assistance when possible.. it Literally funds the Wealth of your Oppressors! Itz NOT free.. Itz a TRAP! And a tracking tool of Names, household income, composition, and progress.. and literally is like being on Plantation or worse at best like Probation, and only “disguised” as Freedom.. when TRUE freedom is surviving w/o becoming dependent on Welfare assistance. Which was designed to be a hand UP.. not a hand-OUT.. from one generation to another.
Projects/ subsidized housing should Be for ages 26 and under..handicapped elderly ONLY. If the rent doesn’t make you uncomfortable, you’ll Neva move, but the environment and reporting requirements SHOULD, instead it gets normalized and This is why You can’t b FREE until U no longer Nd their services..Periodt!’
One fan said: ‘Powerful and need to be spoken more.’

One other follwoer said: ‘My kind of playground when I was their age. I was a ton boy. I remember spending almost 6 hours under the railroad. It had a slide but was very dusty and fun. I took all day along with other kids. I remember, when I got out when we finally clocked out I bath myself and it took a week for the dust to leave my hair and skin.’
