Fans supported Depp at a concert in Britain by shouting ‘Innocent’

American actor Johnny Depp and British guitarist Jeff Beck held a concert in Scotland, writes TMZ.

According to the publication, the performance of the artists was sold out. The concert hall in the city of Glasgow was filled to capacity. Depp sang cover versions of songs such as What’s Going On? and Isolation.

They also supported the Hollywood star in an unusual way after he won his case against his ex-wife, Amber Heard. So, Depp’s fans shouted: “Innocent.”

Earlier it became known that the court of the city of Fairfax in Virginia found Heard guilty of defamation of the actor in the case to protect his honor and dignity.

The jury also decided that there was malicious intent behind Heard’s accusations against her ex-husband. They also ruled that the actress must pay Depp $ 15 million in compensation.

Hurd’s lawyer Elaine Bredehovt admitted that the actress would not be able to pay $ 10.35 million to Depp.
According to Bredekhovt, Heard will definitely not pay the millions he has been awarded. Initially, the court ordered Amber to pay the actor $15 million: compensation in the amount of $10 million, as well as a fine of $5 million.

The fine was reduced to $350,000. The trial lasted seven weeks. The case was heard in a court in Virginia, where The Washington Post’s printers and servers are located. However, the newspaper was not the defendant in the lawsuit.

Lawyers for both sides presented photographs, audio, and video recordings during the trial to substantiate their arguments. Also testifying was clinical psychologist Laurel Anderson, who worked with the couple in 2015.

She described their relationship as “mutual violence.” Depp and Heard met in 2009 on the set of The Rum Diary and got married in 2015. Already in 2016, the divorce proceedings began, during which the actress stated that her husband used physical and emotional violence against her.
