Johnny Cirillo, the mastermind behind Watching New York, has added another bomb of an Instagram post to his feed featuring some of the bonkers moments in fashion that have ever been seen in the city of nightmares. His most recent upload to the Gram was aptly filled with double belts, leather trench coats, Tabi Timbs, jellies, and yes, a bedazzled dog stroller. Because what on earth?

Naturally, an immediate onslaught of comments exploded everywhere as style fans lost their minds over the audacious looks. “So many great photos and styles!” summed it up for karins.vintagestyle, while ohn_mintyfresh could not get over it: “It’s the coolest thing ever seen.” Honestly? Same.
Yet Timberland Tabi boots in the first slide received extra attention. th3littleredhen, thinking she went bonkers, exclaimed, “Tell me I’m wrong?!” Spoiler alert: You were not. Ice-cold boots. Another gave their two cents with thabata.magne: “Excuse me margiela timbers???? Oh that’s a flex.” Flex indeed.
Then you see that guy in slide three living his best life. “The world needs to smile like the chap Slide three,” said lachlan_no.6, and hisangelpie considered him “the definition of beautiful radiant freedom.” davbudd was down for “guy with dreds, knit shirt… rocking that.” NYC streets are a runway for unapologetic self-expression.
Everybody was not prepared for another riot of fashion noise. nashali1998 freaked out over the ‘cameltoe timbs’ in the first slide, humorously admitting: ‘never seen such a thing.😅😅caught me off gaurd.’ Typos included as sometimes fashion is just that shocking.
As for the jacket in Slide 10, ermacamporese called it ‘to die for’, while loui3quatro just pointed out ‘2nd to last slide jacket 🔥.’ In the meantime, bakerelisa commented revealing her being in the second slide tagging her friend keishijpn with a heart-eyed emoji. If nothing else, this practically throws a moment of pure warmth into a whirl of style chaos.
No fashion post is ever complete without someone nearly threatening their bank account. “My bank account doesn’t thank you,” said tam.deanne. “Sigh.. opens up a new window and begins to add items to cart. Mood.”
From super-futuristic harnesses tied into office wear (holla, evaria25) to a belt legacy worthy of Tommy Wiseau, everything under the sun was being mentioned. komen also went on to say that even the song choice deserved a mention: “a moment for the song choice tho.”

Cirillo proves it yet again by capturing those brave enough to express themselves in fashion in the streets of New York. Because this is where fashion lives- on the street. Double belts, bedazzled dog strollers- it was all about the statement and we are here for all of it.
