Lily James did not come to play at the 2023 BAFTAs. The actor arrived at Royal Festival Hall on Feb. 19 wearing a showstopping white strapless Tamara Ralph gown with an ultra-plunging neckline covered in a pearl-and-crystal structured web. The dress wasn’t just a party in the front, as the back came with a large oversize bow at the waist.
Styled by Rebecca Corbin Murray, who also styled Florence Pugh in a gorgeous red, ruffled gown for the ceremony, James worked the red carpet expertly by not treading on the train that followed her. To allow the dress to really shine, she pulled her brunette hair back into a sophisticated bun, which also allowed her button earrings to be seen in all their glory. Sofia Tilbury gave the “Pam & Tommy” star glowing skin and a deep rouge lip for an edgier look.
