A list of upcoming Kpop concerts, tours and music festivals in Asia

Borders are open, live music is back and the K-pop touring cycle is in full swing. Stars including aespa, RIIZE and (G)I-DLE are touring the world with new tunes in tow – and hitting Asia very soon.

While some of those artists are staging their own headline shows, others are on the line-ups of music festivals with both multi-genre and Hallyu-only line-ups. The announcements have been coming thick and fast of late so NME‘s decided to help with a handy list of K-pop concerts and music festivals in Asia for 2024.

Following their ‘Prom Queens’ Asia tour in 2023 and the release of their mini-album ‘I’VE MINE’, top rookie girl group IVE are setting off on their first-ever world tour. The sextet will be touring Asia from January to early March next year before heading to the US and Europe, before returning in July for shows in Hong Kong and Manila.

Ahead of her next album, IU has finally announced her massive, first-ever world tour. The singer will kick off the tour with two weekends of shows in Seoul, before heading to Yokohama, Taipei, Singapore, Jakarta and Hong Kong in the following months, playing two shows at each stop.

Between shows in Europe and the US, she will also head to Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Osaka. She will then be returning to Seoul for two nights of encore concerts in order to wrap the tour up.

Korean boyband OnlyOneOf have announced eight Asian stops for their upcoming ‘dOpamine’ world tour, slated to run throughout July. However, a venue for the remaining Hong Kong show as well as ticketing information have yet to be announced by the band’s concert organisers Studio PAV.

2024 ‘The Flag: A to V’ tour – Hong Kong

The K-pop boyband have announced a brief tour of Asia with shows in four cities so far announced, billed as the last live shows from VANNER before member Sungkook before he enlists for mandatory military service on May 7. The rest of VANNER will proceed with the scheduled overseas shows without Sungkook.

2024 ‘Summer Room’ tour – Osaka

South Korean singer Jun. K, best known as a member of boyband 2PM, has announced that he will be embarking on a solo tour this year. Set to kick off in Yokohama this June, the singer will perform in Latin America before returning to Japan in Osaka. Venues and ticketing details have yet to be announced.

The former (G)I-DLE member-turned-soloist will be embarking on a brief, intimate tour of Asia for her ‘Summer Daze’ fan concert, which will begin with its first show in mid-July in Tokyo, Japan. The singer will then head to Taipei and Macau for follow-up shows before concluding the tour. According to the initial announcement, there are more cities set to be announced as stops for her tour at a later stage.

Epik High recently announced their 2024 ‘The Pump’ world tour, which is scheduled to kick off with a brief Asian leg in late June before the veteran hip-hop trio head for an expansive North American leg from late August onwards. The Brave Entertainment boyband recently announced the first three and only Asian stops for their upcoming ‘Dark Strange’ world tour, which is slated to kick start in August with their first show in Seoul, followed up by shows in Tokyo and Taiwan. The boyband will also be heading to the Americas and Europe following these Asian stops, however a detailed list has yet to be announced.
