Legit TV correspondents came across Victor Akpan, a young man in his thirties selling periwinkle in Oyingbo market, and had a chat with him. The young man said that people often mock him as they believe a man should not explore such a trade.

According to him, if his father hadn’t died early, he would have had a shot at education.

Despite his situation, however, Akpan is determined not to steal.
