  • One of the things that you should be doing is giving your brain a break now and then. The technology that we have access to can be tremendously beneficial for this.   • One of the things you need to be doing if you want to continue to give yourself the mental stimulation you need to keep your brain sharp is to learn every day. You want to leverage the digital resources we have nowadays. With today’s technology and with the resources we have access to, you can learn no matter where you are located. Try to commit to learning something new all of the time. Instead of wasting your lunch break scrolling mindlessly through social media, try to use it to learn a new skill. Whether it be practicing a new language or something else, you want to always be learning. It can help you keep your mind sharp and it can even help you further your career aspirations.

  • You need to be sleeping enough if you want to keep your brain sharp. It cannot be understated how important quality sleep is for your brain. You want to figure out what the optimal sleep time is for your brain and get the same amount of sleep every night. 

  • Play Games
