Tate McRae Enters The Beauty Business

Multi-platinum artist Tate McRae has officially entered the beauty world with the launch of TATE 01. She’s kicking things off with the launch of a debut fragrance, TATE 101 Eau de Parfum, which will be available on Tatebytm.com today and Ulta Beauty online on October 18th. The fragrance will hit retail locations nationwide on October 25th.

“In my beauty routine, fragrance is that final invisible layer that elevates my entire mood,” McRae explains. “With TATE 01, I set out to craft a scent that feels entirely second-skin: effortless, subtly edgy, and perfectly you. It melts in so gracefully that it never wears you; it just enhances who you already are. I love to wear it during rehearsals – the scent warms up and moves with my body, allowing me to feel confident.”

The fragrance is crafted in collaboration with Givaudan master perfumers and will be available in four sizes. As for the scent, fans can expect a floral woody smell. The scent opens with sparkling bergamot and clary sage and unfolds into white floral notes at the heart. As it settles, warm amber, creamy tonka bean, sandalwood and soft woods come through. According to the press release, the combination of notes allows the fragrance to “subtly enhance the wearer’s natural warmth rather than overpower them, creating a personal, custom aura.”

The twenty three year old singer/dancer is currently attending shows at Paris Fashion Week and has a fourth studio coming out later this year or in early 2027.
