Taylor Sheridan may be a writer that is known for the vast amount of scripted television works that he developed, but the Yellowstone creator has also worked on non-scripted projects. His sports documentary series The Last Cowboy is in line with the rest of his body of work, focusing on rural America and frontier culture that he has become closely associated with. Now, Variety has reported that the series is returning for a seventh season on the Country Music Television network (CMT). The series will premiere on November 6, and consist of six episodes. The previous six seasons are available to stream on Paramount+
