Amazon is going all-in on Sony Pictures Television’s adaptation of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. The new series, based on the Crane-Iron Series by novelist Wang Dulu (which was famously turned into an Ang Lee film back in 2000), will be created and produced by Lucifer and Mrs. Davis writer Jason Ning as well as the prolific and acclaimed executive producer of Outlander and Battlestar Galactica fame, Ronald D. Moore.
