Walter White’s Breaking Bad Undies Get Destroyed for Charity After High-Priced Auction

The story of Walter White’s underwear from Breaking Bad selling for big bucks has taken a bizarre turn. Recently, several props from the acclaimed TV show had been auctioned off online, and among them was a prop pair of underwear for Walter White. The underwear was not one of the pairs actually worn on-screen by actor Bryan Cranston, but rather a matching pair that can be seen in his closet during the series. It was estimated to sell for $5,000, but the auction wound up concluding with the underwear company SAXX winning the tightey-whities for a whopping $32,500.

Now, the news has taken a twist with SAXX revealing what has since become of the undies. The prop has been blown to smithereens, destroyed in an explosion leaving the underwear charred and in many pieces. But there’s a method to this madness, as SAXX will be using these pieces to help raise money for charity.

A company statement reads, “Famous for their life-changing pouch underwear, SAXX will stop at nothing to rid the world of all ball-related discomfort. So, when Walter White’s tighty-whities went up for auction last month, the ball experts stepped in and purchased them for $32,500 – with the sole intent of ‘breaking bad’ underwear habits. In other words, SAXX wanted to erase the crust-ridden pair from our collective futures to ensure all men and their balls lived on in penile prosperity. Since then, SAXX has mulled over several paths of eradication, but ultimately landed on the most destructive option: stowing the underwear in a Pontiac Aztek (IYKYK) and blowing the briefs sky-high at an undisclosed location in the New Mexico desert.”

A Piece of Walter White’s Undies Could Be Yours

Meanwhile, SAXX reps also say they have a special product for Breaking Bad fans as well. SAXX has revealed that the stunt was done in support of April’s Testicular Cancer Awareness Month. All proceeds from sales of white underwear for the month will be going to the Testicular Cancer Foundation, and furthermore, 25 lucky purchasers will have a chance to receive a framed piece of the destroyed Breaking Bad underoos.
