One lucky fan could have the opportunity to buy the Byers house, belonging to Will (Noah Schnapp), Joyce (Winona Ryder), and Jonathan (Charlie Heaton) in the show. In the fictional world of the show, the Byers’ house is located in Hawkins, Indiana. In real life, you can find the house in Fayetteville, Georgia.
On Stranger Things, the Byers family home was a destination until the very end of season 3, when they decided to move to California. It was the site of several key moments that occurred during the first season. For instance, there’s Will’s abduction, which kicked off the show’s entire plot. Joyce learning to communicate with Will using Christmas lights. And the big fight between the Demogorgon (Mark Streger) against Jonathan, Nancy Wheeler (Natalie Dyer), and Steve Harrington (Joe Keery).

It is described as being perfect for an Airbnb, short-term rental, or personal rental for someone willing to take it on.
