The Prodigy honoured the late Keth Flint during their Coachella 2025 set last night (April 11).
Flint died by suicide on March 4, 2019. He was 49 years old. The band’s MC, Maxim, led the group through a 14-song set at the Mojave Tent.
During the show, which was their third at the festival, the band beamed a laser outline of the late singer on stage that moved in time to their 1996 hit single ‘Firestarter’, with snippets of his vocals. They did a similar thing at last year’s Reading and Leeds Festival.
Elsewhere in their set they smashed through hits from their back catalogue including ‘Breathe’, ‘Omen’ and ‘Smack My Bitch Up’. You can view their full set here.

Elsewhere on the night, Missy Elliott transformed from a car into herself for a hit packed set that included the likes of ‘Work It’ and ‘Get Ur Freak On’, Lady Gaga performed a theatrical five-act set and A. G. Cook brought out Danny Brown, performing a host of tracks before remixing Charli XCX’s ‘Party 4 U’.
Green Day‘s Billie Joe Armstrong also joined The Go-Go‘s on stage for a performance of their 1984 hit single ‘Head Over Heels’ and there was controversy during Kneecap‘s set after they led an anti-Margaret Thatcher chant, with fans reporting the online stream had cut out shortly after. They have since responded to their stream being cut.
Later today (April 12) Travis Scott, Green Day, Charli XCX, Jimmy Eat World, Clairo, Japanese Breakfast, Sam Fender, Weezer and many more will perform.
YouTube will be livestreaming the festival via the Coachella YouTube channel. Coachella 2024 was headlined by Lana Del Rey, Doja Cat and Tyler, The Creator and also saw the return of No Doubt and more.
