Wednesday creators and executive producers Al Gough and Miles Millar are bringing something horrifically new to Netflix. The creative duo previously ushered in the streaming service’s most popular English-language series of all time after scoring record views for their Addams Family spin-off, starring Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams, but now they are reteaming with the company to develop a thrilling horror fantasy adaptation, which is set to turn the Boom! Studios comic book Grim, created by writer Stephanie Philips and artist Flaviano, into an adult animated series, taking the story from the page to the screen.
As reported by Deadline, Gough and Millar are both attached to the project as executive producers alongside Jennifer Yuh Nelson, who served as supervising director on Netflix’s Love, Death + Robots animated anthology series.
