If there’s anyone you can count on to appear in a look that pushes boundaries, it’s Cardi B. The 30-year-old rapper continues her sultry, sartorial streak for her latest collaboration with fellow artist FendiDa Rappa in the music video for the song “Point Me 2.” Having worked with her longtime stylist Kollin Carter, Cardi B wore outfits that showed off her 10+ tattoos and curves, even taking on the no-pants trend.
The musician teased the release on Instagram just days prior, donning a monochrome turquoise set while posing in front of a blue car with Fendi and others in the shot, captioned, “🚨I’m on go, I don’t care who it is ‼️ @fendi.darappa.” She wore the same look in the video as she emerged from the sun roof of a black SUV while wearing a top-and-leggings set with sparkly “Bs” all over, stiletto pumps, and ombré highlights in her hair to match. The mom-of-two took things up a notch as she appeared in a massage parlor in a pink velvet one-piece thong bodysuit with a halter neckline, nodding to the ever-popular Barbiecore craze. She accessorized with chunky silver necklaces and coordinated her pink-and-blonde hair.
Cardi B’s recent looks reflect her affinity for figure-flattering silhouettes. Throughout her Paris Haute Couture Week marathon, she wore many distinct ensembles, including a cleavage-baring Gaurav Gupta green dress with a puffer hood, a sleeveless bodycon gown with a feathered jacket by Schiaparelli, and skintight jumpsuits from Valentino and Jean Paul Gaultier, respectively. She’s also cemented herself as the catsuit queen, sporting a custom mint green Radiant by KOS design that bared her thong and nipple pasties for Hot 107.9’s Birthday Bash and a pink, plunging silhouette with side cutouts for Hot 97’s Summer Jam.
