Kiernan Shipka turned the streets of Venice into her personal runway as she headed to the Biennale Art Exhibition on April 21. Joined by her rumored boyfriend, Christian Coppola, Shipka strutted to the exhibition in a dark-colored, three-piece Valentino skirt suit. Adding a 2000s-inspired twist, she styled the tweed ensemble with a pair of six-inch patent-leather Valentino Garavani Tan-Go Platform Pumps ($1,100). “Pounding the pavement,” Shipka captioned photos of her look on Instagram.

Shipka’s towering heels perfectly complemented her plaid miniskirt, a navy piece with accents of red and gold woven throughout. She paired the raw-hem skirt with a matching cropped blazer layered over a bandeau top in the same fabric and a gold chain necklace. A closer look at Shipka’s blazer reveals the designer’s signature black, white, and red triangle print in the interior lining. Meanwhile, Coppola appeared in the background, clad in a monochrome black suit and hot-pink gloves from Valentino’s Pink PP Fall/Winter 2022-2023 collection.

The pumps were the true star of Shipka’s outfit, and she isn’t the only star who’s been loving sky-high heels.
