Canadian fans of Brad Paisley have been hearing some juicy bits of news, and I assure you, it has been the buzzing topic everywhere. The big country star had announced that the much-anticipated ‘Truck Still Works World Tour’ was all set to take over Canada this fall, thus, making responses pour in at a rate completely outmatching a honky-tonk line dance. The main poster features none other than Brad Paisley himself: standing on the bed of that mentioned pickup, guitar in hand, waiting for a sunset drawn from countryside scenery. Dates and cities are all set; Canada is practically confirmed for a go. But, with some already counting days on outfits, others just seem to glance at the tour’s title and wonder… where is the rest of the world?

Commencing on November 1st in Abbotsford and drawing to a close in Ottawa on December 14th, it will make other stops at major cities like Winnipeg, London, and Hamilton. If the itinerary was to become an issue with dissension in the ranks, it begins with one user absurdly questioning, “So Québec is not in Canada?” while another reserved the adjective “crazy” for the choice of Lethbridge over Calgary. Then we must not forget the East Coast, who, feeling greatly slighted, came the collective cry of “WHY NOT THE EAST COAST UGH,” and “Wish you were coming back to Halifax 😢.” The struggle is real, y’all.
Well, the feedback is other than just the Canadian kind. The other people also seem to not be happy with calling this a “World Tour” when all the stops are basically North American. One commenter read, “‘World Tour’ but doesn’t leave the continent 🤷🏼♂️ come see us in Europe, Brad!” Another one deadpanned, “Your world has become small😞😞😞 so sad😞😞😞 so disappointing💔,” Geez, Oh, this was said with actual despair! Another optimistic tone said, “I feel a European leg of this tour coming in the fall 🔥.” Hey Brad, you there?
For some fans, the pre-tour excitement is already brewing. “We had so much fun at the show in Everett!!” gushes a fan. “Who’s opening? Just came from Victoria bc to Everett to see you with Walker Hayes,” says another. Once again, the real fans are in the middle of coordinating their squad: “@odessawegner we should go to this one,” shouts one fan; “Yesss we should, I’m down,” echoes the reply. Tour friendships in the making, people.
Of course, one comment that is inevitable for any announcement is: When do tickets go on sale? And hey, you gotta answer to that. One even pointed the choice of opening act for Brad: “hey @bradpaisley if you need an opener @peytanporter is a great choice 👀.” Subtle.

Now, those Canadian dates might get you stoked, or maybe you’re just side-eyeing the lack of anything internationally. That’s a given: Brad Paisley can get any debate going. And if the comments are a good indication, this journey is going to be huge. So… Europe tour?
