Capri Holdings could be selling Versace and Jimmy Choo from its portfolio, according to a source. Whether it’s a package deal or two separate transactions isn’t clear. For Pre-Fall 2025, Sabato De Sarno has leaned into his signature minimalism at Gucci—with a dash of added drama. The designer’s latest lineup includes a variety of sharp men’s collared shirts, shorts, and ’70s-inspired suits. Womenswear focuses on monogrammed and shaggy jackets, belted skirt suiting, and matching sets, all filled with De Sarno’s signature Ancora red and pops of light yellow, tonal green, gray, and deep brown. The brand’s accessories assortment includes its latest small Blondie bags, slouchy totes, duffles, and Jackie bags in dark chocolate and olive green hues, accompanied by two-toned penny loafers, equestrian boots, and soaring platform horsebit mules. It’s certain that De Sarno’s established his signature color palette, silhouettes, and minimalist style at Gucci, while still finding space to play and experiment within its rich heritage.
