The post comes as a playful response to her friend Selena Gomez, who did her best impression of Cyrus while hosting “Saturday Night Live.”

“It’s cool being around two ‘SNL’ legends [Steve Martin and Martin Short],” Gomez said in her monologue. “When I found out I was hosting, I immediately asked for their advice.” She said she also asked Cyrus, one of her oldest friends, for advice. “‘Just have yourself and be fun,'” Gomez said in Cyrus’s accent. “I was like, ‘Miley, is that just an excuse for me to do an impression of you?'” Gomez continued. “And she’s like, ‘Hell yeah, I’m Miley Cyrus.'”

Cyrus referenced that moment directly in her post caption, writing, “HELL YEAH I’M MILEY CYRUS 🫖 @selenagomez @nbcsnl.” The fellow former Disney actress posed on a bed in her T-shirt, a cup of green tea in hand, wearing nothing but her briefs and a crystal necklace.
