The latest clip from the imminent MCU outing, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, teases serious trouble down in the Quantum Realm. Released courtesy of MCU – CoveredGeekly, the footage finds Scott Lang and his daughter, Cassie, caught up in a conflict between the inhabitants of the mysterious realm, with Cassie leaping into superhero mode in order to save the day. You can check out the new clip from Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania below.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is Now the MCU’s Second Rotten Installment

Marvel Studios

The reviews for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania are now in, and sadly things are not looking great for the plucky Avengers’ third outing. As it stands, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is now just the second installment in the decade-spanning MCU to receive a “rotten” rating on the review aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes. “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania mostly lacks the spark of fun that elevated earlier adventures, but Jonathan Majors’ Kang is a thrilling villain poised to alter the course of the MCU,” the consensus for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania reads.

It seems that critics missed the lighter, funnier adventures that Scott Lang’s solo outings have been so far, with many criticizing the Marvel movie for trying to do too much to set up what’s to come in the latest phase of the franchise. One major (pun half-intended) positive that has come out of the reactions though is Jonathan Majors as Kang the Conqueror. All set to be the next big bad of the MCU, praise has been heaped on the actor for his portrayal of the time-traveling villain, with many eager to see more.

And see more they will, with Kang all set to lead the charge against The Avengers in the upcoming sequel, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, in 2025. It has also now been revealed by Marvel producer Stephen Broussard that talk of a fourth Ant-Man movie is currently happening.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is scheduled to be released tomorrow, Feb. 17, as the MCU’s first film of Phase Five.
