Succession Leads the 2023 Emmy Award Nominations

Although the upcoming Emmys gala could be delayed by a potential Hollywood actors’ strike, the nominations for the awards celebrating the best of television have already been revealed, with Succession predictably leading the way alongside the highly acclaimed Better Call Saul.

The two series, both HBO and AMC, presented their outcomes between the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023, so it is not a surprise that they are two of the great candidates to win the coveted awards in the drama category. In comedy, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Ted Lasso and Barry, which also recently came to an end, will compete against one of the recent revelations, The Bear.

Obviously, there were also some surprises such as the nomination of Wednesday or Jury Duty, but in general most of the categories are full of expected titles that have been the best in recent months.
