Venice Film Festival 2021: Best Dressed Celebrities

The 78th Venice Film Festival began on Wednesday with a decadent red carpet that we are hoping marks a grand reopening of the global film industry. Hosted at the Lido Di Venezia (Venice Lido) between Wednesday, Sept. 1, and Saturday, Sept. 11, the annual event opens with a star-studded red carpet before scheduled screenings and premieres — with arrivals for Spencer, Dune, The Lost Daughter, Last Night in Soho, and House of Gucci being very highly anticipated.

Unquestionably, Kristen Stewart‘s Diana-inspired gown will be the most talked-about dress of the opening ceremony — but with some stiff competition. Zendaya and Anya Taylor-Joy share the same superstar stylist, Law Roach, who ensures that his clients’ red carpet looks are dramatic, sophisticated, and timeless. While the women always understand the fashion assignment for the Venice Film Festival, Timothée Chalamet‘s red carpet prowess should not be underestimated. Chalamet is a confirmed cochair at the 2021 Met Gala, so we are expecting an outfit that places the young actor on the sartorial A-list. Any Dakota Johnson stans reading? Well, you’ll want to keep checking our best dressed gallery throughout the festival, because the Lost Daughter actor is set to make a stylish appearance as well.
