Lola Kirke is seriously counting down the days until she gets to finally rest her feet. The actress and musician has just related that she now only has three shows left on the Trailblazer Tour before she can once more indulge in her other passion—activity #2, sitting down. The tour ends in the three cities of San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego, and tickets for the remaining shows are barely scratching the surface in demand.

Her most recent Instagram update featured a vintage, dreamy image of the barefoot lounging on a wooden chair by Lola herself, somehow managing to look serene and elegant. The soft natural light and deliberate backdrop only work to amplify that peace she is probably craving after weeks on tour. “Only 3 more shows left on the US Trailblazer tour before I can get back to my other passion, sitting down,” she wrote jokingly in the caption.
The closing shows would be at Bottom of the Hill, San Francisco, on the 18th of June (tickets are almost sold out), then The Troubadour, LA, on the 19th (VIP tickets sold out), and Soda Bar, San Diego, the following day. She showed her appreciation for her openers—Cones, Sun of Amen, and Chloe Kimes—and to everyone who made the tour just “a most wonderful” experience.
As the closing stages of this tour leg approach, the commenters themselves keep fueling the hype surrounding these final shows: “Sac show was so good! Just told all my SF, LA, and SD friends to go,” one attendee from Sacramento gushed. Another eager beaver affirmed, “See you at the Troubadour!” Meanwhile, a hopeful voice came out from Wisconsin, wondering if there’d ever be a stop for her out their way, but Kirke never appeared to respond.
The fan who had gone to one of her shows and celebrated their birthday said this: “Thank you so very much for the Birthday Wishes and making my Birthday Week so special, Lola! It was a perfect way to cap off my Birthday Week!”
Laced with harmless jokes and punctuated with statements of gratitude, Kirke’s tour has left an indelible impression on her fans; otherwise, she herself is ready for a break. Her fans, meanwhile, are now asking: what’s next: more music, acting, or just chillin’? Whatever it is, she will close this chapter gloriously.

That laid-back glam vibe spilling from the post mirrors Lola’s own duality as an artist: effortless coolness with everything carefully considered. And with tickets disappearing for all that after-party meet-and-greet, it plainly states that the audience does not want an understated end to this tour. At least, she’s sitting down real soon.
