Lizzo’s Hot-Pink Catsuit at the Global Citizen Live Concert

Barbie might want to rethink her signature color, because Lizzo just came for her in a hot-pink catsuit that highlights all her curves in the most flattering way. During her performance at the Global Citizen Live charity event in New York on Sept. 25, Lizzo rocked the bubblegum-pink catsuit, which featured lace-up cutouts from her chest all the way down her legs, making this a look that might be a little too risqué for Barbie.

“PINK POWER RANGER COULD NEVAAAA @barbie YOU HAVE 24hrs TO RESPOND,” she captioned a post on Instagram. She also paired the outfit with a matching pink manicure. We know Barbie has been wearing the color longer, but something about Lizzo’s ruffled sleeves and high ponytail is inarguably fabulous.

At the start of the show, Lizzo also thanked Global Citizen for having her on stage and took a moment to call out the institutionalized racism currently permeating our society. “[As a] big Black girl from Detroit by way of Houston, TX, doing big ass things with my life, I’m just so grateful every time I can step on the stage and sing for y’all,” she said. “As we talk about climate change and making the world a better place and solving homelessness, we also have to talk about the institutionalized racism that happens in this country all the time . . . And if we don’t talk about our history constructively, how can we build a better future? It’s time to talk about things, and it’s time to make a change. And it starts within. You got to better to yourself, so you can be better to others.”

Kudos to Lizzo for making her voice heard and for looking damn good while doing it. See her sexy pink catsuit from all angles here.
