It is a group of local and foreign investors who have raised their stakes in the purchase of the Barbados Trident cricket franchise. The home ground of Barbados Tridents is Kensington Oval, located west of Bridgetown, the capital city. 

The team will play Caribbean Premier League under the captaincy of and will be mentored by Trevor Penney as the head coach.
